Guided through breath\, sound\, and touch\, we journey into the underworld to meet what lies beneath — the truths\, fears\, and treasures waiting in the shadows. \n14:15 – 15:45 | Triad Exploration – Shedding the Old (Midworld)Through playful\, embodied exercises in groups of three\, we explore the archetypal triads as mirrors for our own transformation. What patterns will you release? What new truths will you invite in? \n16:00 – 17:00 | Coming Home to CommunityIntegration practices to bring the day’s insights into the body and heart\, preparing for the evening temple. \n17:00 – 19:00 | Dinner Break & Dressing UpBring your own food or eat out locally.
